Contacts

The Contacts page is CubixOne’s customer master data hub. It keeps people and companies in one place and links them to CRM, activities, documents and operations.

Contacts is the shared address book for sales and service teams. Work from a single record source for people, companies, invoices and CRM leads.

Contact List

The Contacts list is the primary navigation for the address book. It supports search, active/archived filters, bulk selection and view mode switching.

Search by multiple fields

Search across name, email, phone, mobile, job title and city from the same input.

Switch between active and archived contacts to review current records or historical entries.

  • Primary identifiers: name, email, phone, mobile, website, job title
  • Language, NIF / tax number, postal address and company data
  • Notes, avatar and active status

Bulk Actions

Bulk actions help teams update many contacts at once without manual repetition.

Import & Export

Import contacts from CSV and export lists for marketing, CRM or backup.

Import flow

  1. Upload your CSV file
  2. Map columns to contact fields
  3. Review validation errors
  4. Confirm and execute the import

Export options

Export selected contacts as CSV or XLSX, or download vCards for desktop and mobile address books.

Merge Duplicates

Merge duplicate contact records with a preview that keeps the chosen source of truth.

Merge workflow

  1. Select 2 or more duplicate contacts
  2. Open the merge preview
  3. Choose which values remain for each field
  4. Confirm merge and archive losers
Merging preserves history and re-points related connections to the remaining record.

Tags & Relationships

Use tags and relationships to model customer segments and company/person links.
